Mark was very chatty, helpful and friendly whilst acting in a very professional manner. His customer service was outstanding. The products are also great value for money and I made a huge saving on what I purchased. - Had this been the only employee that I had met I would have rated the experience 5*. Unsolicited opinions on whether I was too young to be married from his colleague was definitely a dampener on my shopping experience. I have never experienced a situation like this before and it really did shock me. Whatever her opinions were she shouldn’t have voiced them especially when I was about to spend over 50 at the till, her multiple comments and raised eyebrows almost made me turn around and go to another shop however thankfully mark made a lighthearted remark and changed the subject to distract from the very awkward situation. Her attitude was an embarrassment to the l’occitane brand and she needs retraining on her sales tactics.

A wonderful cosmetics store that sells fine hand creams, beauty products and makeup. The staff here were friendly and approachable, with a welcoming demeanour. The prices here match the quality of the products, with a multitude of choices to pick. The decorations here were fine and of high class, which again match L'OCCITANE's reputation as an expensive, classy high-street store. I would almost certainly recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy beauty products and cosmetics.

I was overcharged 50. they advertised items at lower price but they actually charged you in full for them at the till. I bought a few items and did not realised they charged me the full price until I got home and check the receipt . Not impressed. It takes ages to get a refund back. Had to call a few times. Very very disappointed..with their customer services ... probably I will never buy from them again tbh. AVOID!
