The new showroom at Cheshire Oaks is a massive improvement on the previous Chester space. Superb range of new and used cars. Andy & Phil offer excellent customer service in the Service Dept and I've never had cause to complain here but Inchcape are very poor at responding to emails. The new showroom is let down by one aspect, poor / non-existent WiFi, which is an essential requirement for those waiting for cars being serviced / repaired. Edit: A further visit four months later but still no WiFi. For customers waiting several hours, this really is s basic requirement.
