The best people in the M&S bank Cheshire Oaks I have ever come across in banks anywhere. They actually treat you like a real person that they want to help. So glad I changed last year one of the best decisions I have made for a long time. Hope you are not going to be closed for too long.

Absolutely useless, incompetent bank. They can't process a Section 75 Credit Card claim properly, blaming Mastercard and the need to "gather evidence". All my other banks whom I hold Mastercards with have refunded within two days and have not needed forms etc, and the impossible demands M&S place on you. Zero stars.
Excellent service always. Polite, caring and friendly.
Opening hours are in correct. This branch shuts at 7pm most days.
