Brilliant experience here recently. They were very covid secure, and staff we wonderful. They didn't crowd around, or pester and were happy to let people browse. Once we needed help with a purchase they were really kind, helpful and - when the payment machine was not working - worked to fix issues quickly and with efficacy. The shop was laid out well, with good choices. The purse selection could have been a little more easily laid out, but that's my only tiny issue with the experience.

Terrible customer service - you wouldn’t think buying from here is supposed to be a pleasant experience. My advice go direct to Mulberry.... Staff need to start caring for their customers - I for one will not be going back !
