Wouldn’t let an elderly lady place heavy returns behind the counter or store somewhere, and didn’t offer any trollies or baskets. Not very helpful at all. As soon as they told us they had no baskets they left us to struggle. The shop should be more accessible and helpful for elderly people.
Very disappointed that what was delivered to Next at the Coliseum Cheshire Oaks was not what I ordered. After waiting an unacceptable amount of time the assistant told me that the order had not been received, another member of staff then said it was there. After another interminable wait to find that my order was wrong. I then asked for a refund to be told that I would have to wait till the items were sent back and recieved before the refund could be issued.i was very angry with the service I recieved .
Has a good choice of women and men's clothes. Reasonable prices also includes a big range of homeware. Upstairs in the front of the store is a modest Costa Coffee.

Love next in the Coliseum, great choice in all departments and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Great big Next store, nice & airy and with a Costa upstairs which is always a caffeine bonus in my book!
