Placed our order at 19.12 knowing there was a 45 minute wait, an hour and half later our order eventually arrived! Only for it to be just warm, and our order to be wrong, phoned the shop and they agreed to replace the wrong items! Said it would be with us within 10-15 minutes now 2 and half hours later still no order!! And they’re refusing to refund us for the missing order. Absolutely horrendous customer service! Won’t be a returning customer, the staff where so rude and unhelpful

Order at 8pm rang them 1 hour later till see were they are and they said there on way then way rang agine after 3hours have past and they said they waited at the door for a hour and I know they didn't cus I didn't see no one at my door also I have cctv and that didn't have a them on my cctv coming to my door so they lied to me as not happy at all with there service will never be ordering from them agine no one should wait 3 hours for food and not turn up very annoyed at them

Food is ok but service is awful. We didn’t get our food so rang to chase, they said they couldn’t find our order and hung up. We rang again with our confirmation and got told the same and swore and shouted at plenty of times and then hung up on us. When we rang back at a later time to chase food or a refund they said to come to the shop to prove we ordered. When we did this the man laughed and shouted in my boyfriends face you are making my life hell. He wouldn’t sort it out there and then and said to ring another time/day when they can sort it. We have been going there for 4 years so disappointed
