Oven was like new when Mike left our property on 10th December, however when the oven was turned on there was a rumbling noise that was not present prior to the clean. This noise became so loud it was frightening and sounded as if some metal was about to dislodge and harm us. Finally on Boxing Day we couldn't risk using the oven again. Contacted Oven Envy asking for someone to come and check the work. A lady has admitted since that she'd seen my messages but as they were shut over Christmas and New Year, nothing could be done. They didn't contact me in any way until 5th Jan 2020. We had no option but to order a new oven which was fitted on 6th Jan. I requested a refund of the oven cleaning charge and to cancel the cleaning contract that I'd taken out originally. This was agreed by Oven Envy on 6th Jan. I have had to pay out nearly 500 for a new comparable oven all because the oven had been cleaned. The oven was 6 years old and a good make so i would have expected it to last much longer. Think carefully before you use this company, it may cost you alot more than you think.
