I’ve been using Pet Concierge for three years, since poppy was a puppy. They’re very professional, excellent communication and extremely understanding to your dogs needs. Poppy loves going on her walks with all her ‘aunties’ and her doggy friends. I’ve also used the home boarding service which, much like all the other services, are 5 star excellence. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, in fact I would go as far to say I would actively advertise that someone should use this over any other.

Pet Concierge have lovingly looked after (like their own) all three of my dogs and also many years ago, my cats too, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Our fur babies adore Jayne and the team and are always so excited to greet them, which is so important to us. They have so much fun but are always professionally handled so you can have complete peace of mind. Completely recommended by all our family.
Could not recommend Pet Concierge more. Our cockapoo Stevie absolutely loves all her ‘aunties’ and almost ushers me out the door to work each day to make sure she is going. Lovely enriched walks and feedback and photos always given. Really professional set up and Jayne the owner is so friendly and knowledgeable she has often helped me out with advice when needed.
I absolutely love Jayne and her team, I wouldn’t trust anybody else to look after my dogs. They’re very professional, kind and caring. They love their work and it shows in the faces of the happy dogs they walk/take care of. They take such good care of my dogs, I would be lost without them.
Excellent service we used pet concierge for our 2 cats, we were kept informed at every stage. I felt confident leaving my babies. Excellent service and value for money. We will definatley be using again. Thank you.
