Coming from London I wasn’t from the local area. I found Rainbow Balloons and gifts on google with great reviews so I visited them. It was my daughter first birthday and needed some Balloons for a small celebration in the park. I arrived at the shop and greeted happily. Once I had ordered the balloons and banner, the lady told me it would take 1hr/1.5hr. Being the last minute person I am, I needed them immediately. The shop was extremely busy but they went over and beyond to try and get my order made. Within 15 minutes of waiting I had big black bags filled with balloons and a very happy customer. The quality was great and lovely finish to the number one with the small balloons on the bottom. They have great attention detail and delivered exceptional customer service without fail! Thank you and I would definitely come back and highly recommend!
Oh my word what a lovely bunch of people! The ladies are super helpful, friendly, and treated me with such care and attention for my gender reveal balloon order (whilst also been super discreet so as to not reveal the secret to me!) They also went above and beyond and offered me fantastic advice and a lovely solution for a balloon for a close family member who cannot make it to the reveal, which was a really lovely personal touch! I will be purchasing all my balloons from here in the future. Thanks again, I cant wait to find out pink or blue :)
Just picked up my daughter's birthday balloons, they are beautiful and the ladies in the shop have added a personal touch, they are far better than I expected, I would definitely recommend and go back again, thankyou.
Amazing quality balloons, Lovely staff! Would not go anywhere else! They are always very helpful, they have very creative ideas and are very fair with prices for the outstanding work they hand out! Would highly recommend to anyone as they have helped me with everything!
