Amazing service! Recently bought a Vauxhall Astra (vigilantus edition), beautiful car and a hassle free sale. After the sale I had no problems and even received a follow up call from the owner Mr ford who was so helpful and professional. I still own the car which is running like a dream! I would recommend Rainford Cars to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality and affordable car from a family owned establishment which has years of trading :)

Bought a car at the end of February, it only came with one key, but Jamie sorted a second remote key all programmed to the vehicle before we collected it, after about 8 days we starting having problems with the battery (sluggish starting and low battery warning when anything was on without the engine running), the responses weren't the quickest (that could be just because of the covid stuff and restrictions) but we had a new battery fitted today so it's all good, it's a shame that you can't use a credit card (extra warranty protection if needed) but the transaction was smooth. Would I buy another car from Rainford Cars? Yes I would, feed back would have been a 5 if payment by card was available

Awful customer service. They say they’d like to help but fight you on everything. Just wanted a car that works and we’re now being lied to and stalled. Bought a car thinking it was a nice family company that had a good relationship with their customers and it turns out the guy is just a con man trying to cut corners at every turn. Save yourself some hassle and shop elsewhere.

wouldnt buy a shopping trolly from rainford car sales, lies from the start, gave them benefit of doubt, they pester until a sale is done, but when i had issues with the car failed to return my calls, took forever , when i was contacted tthe person who i believe to be the "boss" was curt rude and disrespectful, .ive never left a review about anyone but felt had to about my experience with rainford
