We've visited Reiss on Boxing Day, trying to find a new coat for my fiance. Like always, we've been impressed by the quality and variety of the products. When needed, a member of staff source us the right size of the coat we've liked. After we've made our mind up, another member of staff tidy the area even before we've reach the till. Overall, Reiss is a relaxing place to shop where good quality clothing meets discrete customer service. Will shop again.

Went for an interview, also went and done them a two hour trial shift, for them to not contact me again after it! When I took the time out of my day to work FOR FREE and then hear nothing after for a month (still no contact from them) I rang up to see what was happening, got no answer nor a call back, awful experience and company (staff were kind to me) but not great management and clearly very unorganised and unprofessional, embarrassing for a company, 1 star is too high in my opinion.
