Absolutely disgusting behaviour of an owner (John Wootton) of a company who deals with the public. Shouting down the phone, getting aggressive, calling 30 times in the space of 10 minutes when we terminated the call after shouting to which we said was not tolerated. Very threatening and aggressive.
