If you only want 2 customers in your shop at once then manage the door. Don't just yell from behind the counter when you actually deign to look up and acknowledge people. Went the Ellesmere Pharmacy, much better.

Never answer the telephone! So annoying that I have to physically walk there to find out if my prescription is ready ..to only waste my time to discover no not yet!.. wasted journey.

Absolutely disgusted in this pharmacy, after politely telling the old man behind the desk I was exempt from wearing a mask he proceeds to shake his head, tut and roll his eyes at me infront of other customers in the pharmacy. I suffer terribly with anxiety and panic attacks and usually have my partner collect my prescription (medication) for these issues I have. This day was different and I got the courage to collect my prescription myself. To have one of your staff look at me that way was very upsetting for me. My anxiety sky rocketed and I snapped and asked the man why on earth he thinks he can look at me that way when I'm here for my mental health medication which he would have been oblivious about, but isnt that the point? Don't judge someone because you can't physically see their disability? This was extremely triggering for me and im appalled at the staff here. I got no apology even when everyone could see I was visibly upset and my anxiety was kicking in. Do not go here if you're expecting friendly staff, you'll get treated like a nobody.

They never pick up their phone calls, and when mentioned to them in person, I got a stern telling off, with an explanation of them not having enough staff. They had about 4 staff in, one of which could have easily picked up the phone call. I have been calling them 9am to 4pm throughout the day and still not a single answer. I find it very hard to believe that not a single staff was available for a sec to answer one phone call. It was very urgent too as my dad's medications (heart patient) was running really low due to the delivery being delayed. This needs to change as its been happening every day for months! Considering it's a pharmacy its very lazy of them. Due to covid 19, I try to avoid going in person as the same thing can be done via phone call and obviously much safer!
