Just put together the Supersonic triple bunk (single on top, double on bottom) for my little girl. I've had lots of flatpack issues over the years but this was constructed super smoothly. All strong, sturdy materials and looks fab. We upgraded the mattresses so it's very comfy indeed!

The company states to a be business with great customer care. Let me tell you now everything will be fine until you have a problem, then the smiling faces will be gone. Firstly let me say the bed has been fine, it is very sturdy and looks great. The mattress however which we paid for a higher quality one has been awful I raised this the other day as you can now feel the springs on both sides of the mattress through the padding. Despite having conversations with a lady on the phone I just then started getting one line emails from the owner which were almost like a child had written them. The mattress is just over a year old and is now out of warranty. The lowest warranty I could find when trying to replace this one was 5 years and most are ten. They are awful to deal with, genuinely. Its the worst customer service I have ever had. I would honestly go again to a larger business where if you have a problem they will resolve it or refund you.

Amazing customer service, bunk bed delivered in a week. I was worried about assembly however the instructions were spot on and no screws or bolts were missing just took us a few hours to assemble. Bunk bed is solid wood and very durable. Highly recommend to everyone professional service from start to finish.

I ordered a brand new Superking Bed, and paid 1300.00. The first bed base came damaged. This was then replaced, but the second bed base was faulty with no headboard screws, and the base was again incorrect. This was reported to the company, namely Graham, the company “owner”, who then took the complaint made to him personal, and has since purposeful delayed in sending the correct base, acting antisocially, with further complaints now made to Cheshire Trading Stbandards for the company, at this stage “appearing” to have taken payment by deception. I would not recommended anyone purchasing a bed from this company.

Very, very happy with the Cosmos bunk beds in double size, in grey, they are a thousand times better quality than we expected for the price. It says on the box that they're exclusive to Sleepland Beds, I didn't realise they had so many childrens beds that are there's alone, this could explain the low price we paid for a top notch bed. The grey is a proper paint gloss, it's not one of those where the wood shows through the colour. They arrived in very good time, we ordered on the Saturday, got an email from them, which answered the question I had asked on the order I placed. Then on Monday we received an email that asked us if we could take delivery on Saturday with a one hour slot in the message. I replied back to say yes, and they replied quickly to say thank you. Considering they traveled hours across the country, they arrived ten minutes into the 9-10am window. I got chatting with the man as you do lol, and he said he'd worked for them for years as they deliver in their own so things don't get wrecked, and it's better all round for the customers. I asked if he was treated well, and he said that the people were a family and really lovely which is nice to know as he was brilliant. The boxes and mattresses were placed into the boys room, very helpful and gave a few tips. They love the mattresses they have a foam which is ever so nice and soft for them. They love to sit on the big double bottom bunk and play or chill out. I'll be honest I don't tend to write reviews much when things are good, but this was one I felt I needed to share as I was very pleasantly surprised, superlative products and service, and free delivery that was exceptionally above and beyond, and I'm really cranky at the moment as I'm on a diet and hard to please.
