went into this store a few weeks ago and had my medical alert assistance dog with me and they have access rights by law like guide dogs but was told to leave because she was a health risk when she isn't. The woman shouted over me and my friend when we tried to explain the law to her and even when her colleague attempted to explain it she shouted over her. This staff member was seriously rude to us.

They dont give you an itemized receipt and claim this is normal. Then overcharge you, and dont apologise when you point it out.

I have shopped there since it opened but recently the service has not been good one of the staff members are rude ignorant and clearly does not want to be there no eye contact felt uncomfortable really not a good energy
