My son took back a suit we had bought a week before lockdown, the wedding is next week. The trousers no longer fit him so needed to change for next size up. The staff were so friendly and helpful, trousers changed without a quibble. My son uses this store quite a lot for his suits, great customer service, staff are so helpful and will do their best to get you sorted I would thoroughly recommend this store.

Hmmm the sale assistant took one look at my son and me and turned his face. I said hello and got a unwelcoming hello back. I turned around and walked out. Not going to spend money in a shop when the sale assistant has a chip on his shoulder.

I went in at 10am as it opened on Thursday 5th March 2020 expecting the first suit i tried on to be the first of many in many shops. I was out of there by 10.20 with a well priced, great fitting suit. All down to me being looked after by the exceptional Simon M on the shop floor. Cant speak highly enough of him. Helped me out big time and was an absolute cracking fella. I'll be back if thats the usual standard of service and quality.

Went into to buy my wedding attire and the staff were incredibly helpful. Harry was first to greet me and he knew exactly what I was looking for. Impeccable from start to finish. He knew exactly how to style my attire and went out of his way to order some of my suit in from other stores. When I came to try on the suit he adjusted certain parts their and then which just shows great customer service. Very knowledgeable and always happy to help. I would recommend this store to anyone. Top service, top staff.
