Hi we bought a roll end carpet from this company in November 2019, had it fitted privately and by January 2020 noticed carpet was looking shabby,tried to contact them but due to lockdown had to wait until open again. Contacted them and spoke to manager he said that the six month warranty had expired and refused to do anything,I explained covid,he then used another excuse as we used a different fitter he wouldn't do any thing. We got every excuse he could think of. Please be careful using this company as you can't trust them.

It's a small ISH shop but the prices are lower than the main stream big shop but they do have bargains here all reasonable prices mostly below the big shops

Note on window saying 'back in 10 minutes' I waited 20 minutes and when the bloke did arrive he wasn't remotely interested. Shame as the carpet I seen was a good price.
Carpets come with next day delivery and cheap prices with good quality carpet quick fitting too very happy
