Visited the Dr Marten store at Cheshire Oaks today. All the staff were extremely polite, professional and followed all the Covid rules. We were served by a lovely young lady called Kathryn. She was extremely friendly and so helpful and polite. Thank you for such a pleasant visit to your store. I'll definitely be visiting you again. I highly recommend this store. Excellent

Unfortunately and unusual for Dr Martens I had a problem with my shoes. I couldn't fault the customer service I received. I would highly recommend this store. I will also shop here again. Excellent service

Had an upsetting experience at Dr Martens store today, where I had gone with my daughter and nieces to buy school shoes. They had been looking forward to it. One female member of staff in particular was most unfriendly and unhelpful, she said she was not serving, with an aggressive attitude . Although when we went up to pay she had decided she would serve another customer. We asked to speak to the manager and he made a bad situation, which could have been rectified easily and sensibly a lot worse! I would advise anybody with children to avoid going in here, as my family were very upset by the treatment we received.

My daughter was desperate for some boots, she saw the Red Stewart Tartan and was smitten. What made it all better was the price. Staff were great, really worked hard on the Social Distance. Will recommend.
