TNF had a 20% off offer on and I called up to see when it finished. I was told it was on all weekend, when I got there first thing Sat morning that was not the case, it had finished. Staff should be more informed of offers and duration, if they don't know they should say they don't know, not just have a stab in the dark. Needless to say I was very disappointed when staff just shrugged it off.

More of a fashion store than a broader outdoor store. Not recommended if looking for technical outerwear and equipment but adequate for fashion product. Service was non existant even early evening when quiet. Just OK.

I am a massive north face fan but went to purchase some walking shoes the display was pants no shoes actually on display you had to rummage through the muddled up boxes ️so I went elsewhere and bought 2pairs . You need to raise your game north face

The shop was clean and tidy and well maintained during this pandemic. Their staff were stationed outside minimising footfall for everyone's safety. The only thing I would add during this time would be to include a one way system as although the shop was tidy. Other customers were just walking everywhere and getting in the way of others.

Staff were really nice in all shops we walked in. Was expecting further reductions as some stores had relatively high prices compared to others.
