Lovely coffee, friendly staff. My little girl and I love going here. We’ve recently gone back following lockdown and we’re very happy. All the safety measures in place and still great coffee, babychino and staff.

Love this place . The only bug bear for me was they don't do my wife's favourite fruit &nut toffee anymore. But hey ho they have her second best Brazil nut toffee and a lovely coffee shop to relax after your shopping.

Thornton's at Cheshire Oaks always have such lovely members of staff! I have been here for several times to shop gifts for different occasions for different age groups, and the staff members are always happy to help and go out of their ways by writing personal messages to my experience shopping here more wonderful!

Love Thornton Cafe, latte is one of the best coffees , better than Costa. All the staff are lovely and friendly.

First of all the staff are clueless, they don't have a clue what they are doing. Second of all the chocolates we bought were sun damaged (funny colour and tasted weird) so we took them back and the girl opened another box of the same type and they were also sun damaged (that's what she said) yet never took them off the shelf and were still for sale??? Personally I think that's bad. We also got given some vouchers to use, it was to get 4 off an 8 box of chocolates ( the 354 gram summer collection box) and the girl who served us gave us the wrong box of chocolates ( 149 gram ice cream collection box) wouldn't recommend this store. Very disappointed.
