This is a review of the bike shop. i walked in after making a total mess of my front deraileur. withing 10 minutes i was walking out the door with my bike working great again, and all of it for no charge. really nice people with a great understanding of how to keep customers happy.

Very rude staff!!!! My daughter saw a black fleece she liked, mostly size 10's on the rail. So I went & asked 1 of the 3 assistants stood around the counter, would you have a size 12 out the back. Thinking this is a perfectly reasonable question. We had asked this same question in a previous shop of which they were able to assist. Of which one of the girls said no everything is out. As i walked away my other daughter was stood by the counter & heard the girls say it makes me laugh when people ask us for a size when theres only one size on the rail, oh I will go & look out the back (laughing). When she clearly had no intention, very poor customer service!! Not a comment she should be making in front of potential customers.
