After waiting more than 2 years for our holiday, decided to ask for our money back. Wasn't very helpful, waited weeks, asked which accounts the money would go into to be told I'd just have to check my own accounts. Not very nice at all

Surprised at some of the reviews for this outlet store so here is my honest opinion. Store was big and bright and staff I found welcoming. My wife and I only called in for information on a cruise. Unsure on the name of the lady who spoke to us but I have to say that she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She handed us several holiday brochures to look at and asked if there was anything else that she could do to help us.Only rated 4* as we didn't book a holiday but for service and friendliness I would have rated them 5*. If we find a holiday we would go back to book it.If you enjoyed reading my review and looking at the photos then don't forget to like them.

Wife booked us on a short trip to Poland including tour of Auschwitz leaving tomorrow. Had to ring up today about are tickets to find out they forgotten to give them to us also they hadn't give us are return transfers to airport just tried to checkin for flights and we don't have flight reference numbers either which means 4 hrs before we fly we have to go back to them ,absolute shambles

Enquired about changing an online booking due to safety reasons (didn't realise I couldn't change in store) was advised by the lady in reception that as it was only a short time away that they wouldn't change it and was adamant about this! Called the online support team anyway and they were more than happy to change our Holiday over! Wouldn't take advise from there again

By far the worst travel agents I’ve ever been. Enquired about booking a holiday near where my friend has booked and got told that it’s pointless and we can see each other in the UK. Made snide remarks towards my friend for booking hers, Had the worst attitude going & was as helpful as a blank dictionary. Shown me holidays which I had already googled my self waste of time & lost customers because we will not be booking with Tui due to that snobby cow.
