I used Unique paving to carry out Block paving to the front of my property. When the work was completed I was initially very pleased with my driveway. After 4 weeks the driveway started to sink. I contacted the company and was fobbed off with excuses each time with nobody interested in fixing the problem. There slogan "We have a reputation as a trusted business, our customer service is second to none. All our work is completed with minimum of fuss with top quality workmanship" is far from the truth with no customer services skills at all. I am now considering legal action against the company as I have had another company attend who have confirmed that the foundations put down aren't sufficient to support the weight of a vehicle.
Great bunch of lads, driveway done before stated date given which was an added bonus! Makes the house look so much better! Highly recommended!
