Amazing! The staff were incredible, so friendly and so helpful. They really couldn't do enough for us and they made it a wonderful experience. I love Vans as a brand and I'm even happier that my kids love it too now. The staff made my little girls day by giving her a few little freebies, nothing special just something. This technically is my first 5 star review but I reviewed Cheshire Oaks and gave it 5 stars because of Vans... This is how customer service should be done. Thank you

This store is the main reason I visit the outlet! Absolutely love vans and it's even better getting them at a discounted price. A member of staff was happy to search for a pair of vans and some socks in my size. Can't wait to come back, hopefully it will be soon.
