Company great service, value and communication. Log stove package installed January 2021 friendly fitters, helpful and respectful to our home and us with regard to protection to furniture and the current health risk Covid. A nice job and very pleased. Would highly recommend.

I ordered my replacement stove glass on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived before 8.30 on the Friday morning. Super fast delivery. Well packaged to prevent any damage. Perfect fit for the stove. Cant fault this company for anything. First time I have used them, but now they will be the first company I turn to if I need anything again

A great team in the showroom. Mathew and Andrew were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great communication too. We changed our mind following the initial quote and this was no problem. Mathew visited our home to do a survey to make sure the fire we wanted was suitable. Steve who fitted our new gas log burner did a brilliant job. Turned up on time and tidied up as he worked. Left no mess at all. Would recommend this company.

We have recently purchased two log burners, and evonic fire and a bespoke fire surround and two new hearths. Wirral Fires dealt with us in a very professional manner, answered any queries we had promptly, and provided an excellent service all round. The fitters were super efficient, professional and very knowledgeable, we did require some structural work and again this was well managed as was the design and measurement of the bespoke service.
