Cheshire Oaks branch on two nights running failed to confirm order on Just Eat, no cancellation or message so after an hour had to cancel and wait for money to be refunded. Don’t answer their phone, so no idea why they did this. Might be ok to visit, but don’t try and use their takeaway service, it’s woeful.

Me and my partner popped in during a very busy weekend. Luckily we just walked in and got a table. The staff explained that all orders are made from your phone and you pay with a physical card to their card machine. The usual random selection of food on the belt was stopped and now only orders made from customers are travelling around the restaurant. Your table has a light strip on it, when it glows amber it means your order is on its way. Your food then travels to you on a plastic tray, it stops at your table and you lift it off, easy. The same for drinks to. Large Perspex screens separate each table and the toilets are managed by a light system; when the light is on it means it’s engaged. We felt perfectly safe and the staff all wore masks.

I tried this place before with a friend and I am addicted since then. I loved the awesome ambience and delightful food and drinks. Fantastic work.

Firstly, to have a better experience, book in advance so you aren't waiting long in a queue otherwise you might get annoyed by people walking straight in. The whole restaurant was very clean and the amended ways of doing things due to Corona has improved in my eyes. The food was delicious, the service very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Hindsight is a wonderful thing as should have took a photo with all the food but was too nice so enjoy the stacks of empty plates.

Visited twice for the Monday deals which are great. Food is wonderful but annoying that it's so difficult to get some tap water. Were told it was fine to use the taps then charged 1.50 each. When we complained we got refunded for one of the drinks. It's nice to sit and watch the staff cooking when they aren't in a bad mood which can be a little off putting. Don't think we'll be going back. Can understand why the one in Chester shut down.

I had an extraordinary at this restaurant. We liked the wonderful environment and the food. The staff were super personal. I’m happy we ultimately managed to visit here.

Good food, great selection for vegans, but it's a bit pricey for what it is.

Freezing cold, air con was on full whack at the end of October! Needed to put my coat back on it was that cold. Food was nice enough but a/c meant it was cold in 3 minutes flat and virtually frozen by the time I decided not to eat any more. Both children left some of their food as it was too cold to eat also. Otherwise fine, nowt special
