Stay away. NO Children's menu. Food was mediocre and attempts at kids friendly accommodate were a bust. My wife's main and one appetizer came after the rest of us were finished our meal. Our server was pleasant but not knowledge. Ambiance is nice but not worth the terrible experience.

Absolutely flawless. If you like to eat, this is the place for you. We were a party of 9 and every dish was executed with perfection. The seafood was extremely fresh, scallops seared perfectly. Mussels were some of the best I'd ever had. The red meat was extremely flavourful. Service was fantastic too. If you're in the area, absolutely do NOT pass up an opportunity to eat here.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. What more could you ask for?! Wild mushroom risotto, flying pigs and a beet salad. Yum!
In my opinion, the best restaurant in Ellicottville. The staff is so welcoming and kind - we felt right at home. Jason is an amazing chef, with a real passion and talent for food. We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was absolute perfection. The food was to die for - each dish was put together so thoughtfully and carefully, and tasted amazing. We all raved about each course and each dish - my husband and I still talk about how phenomenal the meal was. Cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience this place is. Will definitely be making special trips to eat here again!
Unfortunately, this restaurant is still showing up as Cadillac Jack's. It is not. The new name is The Public House of Ellicottville. It is the newest branch of the very successful Public House of Buffalo and the Public House on the Lake in Hamburg NY. The new Public House is very well decorated and comfortable. It has an amazingly well appointed bar area with top notch bartenders. The food is excellent with a great basic menu and weekly specials. I found the owners and staff to be very friendly and helpful. The experience that is carried over from their other places shows. You will certainly feel welcomed as if you are a long time regular customer. If you are in EVL, you owe it to yourself to try them out!
The food is amazing here!! Literally have never had a bad meal. Wish they still had their Ghost Pepper cheese sticks :(
OMG I couldn't tell u enough how freaking DELICIOUS this food is! I only got to eat there twice as I'm not from the area. I was worried my skin tone might affect my food just because of the town but the owner and his bartender were THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER so not only did I feel comfortable and safe but the food was an explosion of fresh veggies the right amount of spice and like a REAL proportion of grade A meat! I love it the inside is classy fun and clean Cadillac Jack gets my entire support I can't wait to go back to ellicottville just to eat some flying pig tacos and shrimp!
