The salads were great. The burgers were absolutely awesome. I love the beer. All of that in the quaint atmosphere of ellicottville

Out of all of the places that we ate or drank, this was the best. Both the exterior and interior of the brewery have been nicely maintained and the restaurant has a great overall vibe. The service was great and very timely. We had the beer flights, nachos and the burger, and were disappointed by none. EBC has taken care to maintain good spacing during COVID, which we appreciated. We will definitely be back during our next visit!

We visited on a day trip. Easy to find, the town is a great little place to visit. They opened at 1130am, and there were people waiting to get in......on a Monday! We were seated on the outdoor patio. It was a great area, set up was smartly done and it was beautifully decorated. Our server did a good job. She was quick. She also had a good knowledge of the beer list. The beer list was tremendous, many different styles to try. I had not tasted many of the styles that were on the menu. They also had wines and mixed drinks for the non beer drinkers. We had a appetizer, BBQ pork tots which were great. Cheese was melted all over and the BBQ sauce was great. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. I'd love to visit again and sit inside. I cannot wait to visit again and sample more beer and food.

We were sat at the bar which was not our preference, and we were also sat closest to the door so every 2 minutes we would get a gust of the cold air. We were freezing the entire meal. I got “THE turkey sandwhich” and I was not a fan, and wouldn’t get it again but my mom had the grilled cheese and the soup was great. Beer is good. Did not like the hotel lobby music that was playing, and I think being timed at the table is not right. The place is expensive and you can only sit there for 90 minutes.
