Food was amazing just what we needed after a long day skiing. They do not bring to room if you are staying at the Inn @ Holiday Valley which was a bummer, but I was able to meet someone outside to pick up my order. The burger was amazing and the pretzel sticks were on point. We were very happy with the food and the next time we go we will definitely be enjoying their menu.

Very disappointed. Was seated at the table, and sat there for a half hour before anyone approached us for drinks, or welcomed us. Finally, we placed a drink and appetizer order. Drinks came out quickly, but then we sat there for an additional 45 min waiting on appetizers. The waiter never came over to update us. Finally we had enough and left. Talked to waiter on the way out, he seemed more conserd about talking and joking to the other to staff members. Not the service I'm use to having at HV

It was our first time here and we had a wonderful dining experience! Had to wait about a half hour for a table but our server Logan did an amazing job of keeping on top of my families table and had excellent recommendations on what to order. Can't wait to dine here again!

Business seemed to be slow, not too overcrowded for a 1:30pm lunch. Nevertheless, we waited 30 minutes for a table that was empty when we got there. Waiter took our order of a salad, a wrap, a pizza, and a burger. We proceeded to wait for an hour with no food or any updates from the server. A table next to us sat down, ate, and left all while we were still waiting. Eventually we asked another server (ours was nowhere to be seen) if we could get an update on our food. He never came back. We asked the hostess where the food was, she said she would check. 15 minutes later, the food finally arrived. For an hour and 15 minute wait for bar food, shouldn’t the food have been outstanding? No. The food was fine I guess, but the Buffalo chicken wrap was bad. The fried chicken wasn’t actually tossed with the Buffalo sauce, so you had dry chicken on the top and pure hot sauce on the bottom, which ruined the wrap for me. What really baffled me was their excuse for the late food: apparently the chef quit mid-shift. I don’t really buy that story, shouldn’t they have another chef who can make the food? If not they should have let us know they couldn’t produce the items that we ordered and we could have left earlier. They probably just made that up when they forgot our order and didn’t work on it until we asked about it. In conclusion, service was terrible, and food was definitely not worth the 1:15 wait. Take your business to any Holiday Valley lodge where you’ll get better service and food much faster.

Excellent food, moderate prices Go with the 'Buffalo' calamari as an appetizer and JH Amber Ale, both highly recommended Stay away from the blue cheese on burgers and wraps, too overpowering #BeABlessing #TakeoutTuesday
