We have been using Appalachian Propane almost 20 years. We bought our tank a few years ago when we remodeld our house. I check rates whenever we need to refill it. They are always the lowest regular rate. When we remodeled our house, our building supervisor told us he recommended them because they always worked with people that could not pay their bill. That stuck with us. Recently, I called them the day after Thanksgiving to get them to fill up our tank. They were here the next day - a Saturday! Ron was very nice to work with - just the right amount of friendliness and efficiency.
