We have always be satisfied by their service. But this morning they went above and beyond. It was a very cold and rainy morning and I had forgotten to set the garbage out. I saw the truck coming down the driveway and hurried to try to get the cans out. The driver could have easily just turned around and drove off after he saw the trash cans missing. However, he backed his truck up and waited on me. I really appreciated this because this was the last pickup before Christmas, and our cans would have been overflowing by the next pickup. Thank you!

2nd pickup after we purchased our home and they left a bag in the middle of the driveway because I exceed the stupid 8 bag limit. The bags easily fit inside the can and I walked it down the 400' driveway to the road to save them the trouble of coming down my driveway. Now I know why the have an 8 bag limit... cause the truck can't hold/handle anything more than 10-12 homes worth of trash at a time. When I called I heard nothing but excuses... Done...
Have always picked up on time and I have never had a problem with this service
Hang up on you mid sentence, failed to pickup bags and made excuses. Done. I'll buy a beat up truck before I use you again.
