fast service, friendly staff. We have been moving a number of our cabins over from another company, and we have been so pleased. Typically, the moves have been when there is very little propane in the tank and Freeman has been great about getting the new service started quickly. Sandy and the office is a true gem! We are thrilled with the service.

Just switched to Freeman Gas in Ellijay and couldn’t be happier! Daniel and Gary installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in our cabin in my shop above the work bench, gained extra storage space where the old water heater was, and now have an endless supply of hot water. I was extremely impressed with just how knowledgeable, professional, and friendly the entire staff here in Ellijay were, looking forward to continued business in the future.
I'm really disappointed with Freeman. A friend recommended them for new propane service months ago. First, I tried to contact them by phone and left a detailed message. No response. Then I went by the office to get a quote and filled out paperwork and was told I'd get a call to schedule a quick appointment at my property. That was 4 weeks ago and no call. I'll be working though another provider now.
When I kept hitting a brick wall with heritage propane/amerigas, I decided to go to Freeman propane. Fom the moment I walked in, I felt that my needs were important. They have since come out, replaced my tank and given us gas after waiting 2 weeks for the other company. I am so pleased with Freeman propane customer service.
Great people here. Deliver gas in a timely matter. Needed service on my gas fireplace and they came out took care of it at a very reasonable price.
