They do not obey speed limits signs in Woodland acres Canoe house Residential neighborhood. When you call to try and talk to someone there voicemail Box is full And there is no way to reach anyone there! Speed limit our neighborhood is 14 mile an hour they do about 40 with children and pets all over.

Was a great service for the first few months. Then they started skipping pick ups. Something would get into my garbage and scatter it all over the place. Tried to cancel but everytime I would call it would go straight to voice mail and the voice mailbox was full! Just a few minutes ago they pull up (actually on time) to get my garbage, and I tell them I just want to cancel my service. So they just laugh and get back in their truck without saying a word. Avoid this business like a plauge if you're smart. I wouldn't of even left a bad review but the class of the employees warranted one.
I filed a BBB complaint against this company because they never pick up to take payment. I tried to be a good person and pay the bill but they just didn’t want my money. The bills stopped coming but someone keeps picking up my trash from Wells Waste. We saw someone today picking up the trash on our security camera. This company is a joke and I have moved my business to Cantrell’s Trash Service and they have been fantastic with a great rate!!
So far so good! My first trash service from Well's was picked up on time last Friday as scheduled, and I've made 2 calls asking questions and they picked up quickly both instances! EDIT: Missed 2 of the 3 last pickups. Doesn't answer the phone, ever. Looking for someone new!
If I could give zero stars I would. Hey never come and pick up your trash but never fail to take payment out of your account- when you try to call they don’t answer, it just sends you to a full voicemail. If you are considering this trash service I would STRONGLY advise you look around first. Pay a couple extra dollars. Save yourself this awful headache \u200d️
