It's good to see a business that takes covid seriously, especially when we're talking about meat processing and the livelihoods of local farmers and ranchers. We've used Ellinwood for processing for over a decade and they always do a fine job of processing our beef.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'll never do business there again. That lady may be a terrific worker but some people just shouldn't work with the public.

We have been doing business there for years. I just left the store after dropping some money and this was the rudest customer service I have seen in a long time. How about greeting your customers with a smile and not acting rude because we are there.
