If you are a contractor who normally shops at Lowes and have signed up for VIP discount for Rona don't expect discount here. They won't honour it. Very disappointed and won't shop there again. Prices are too high and no contractor discount.

I have been in the process of doing some major renovations. The staff have been extremely helpful from the order desk right through to the yard staff. On a couple of occasions items required have not been in stock, however they were quickly ordered and supplied (in about 5-7 days). I have no complaints and am looking forward to the opening of their new store which will be larger permitting them to keep larger stock quantities. One has to remember that this store is located in Elliot Lake (11,000 people) so it makes sense to me that they may periodically be unable to pull large or unique items from their stocking levels. Plan your projects in advance and I'm sure things will go smoothly.
