Mike in sales was GREAT. I live in West Tennessee, but Bommarito had the vehicle I wanted at a great price. I drove a rental for approx. 5 hours to Bommarito to pick-up my car. Mike and I had already agreed that my Credit Union could over-night a cashiers check if I decided to buy and finance through the Credit Union, but I told Mike I would give Bommarito a chance to match/beat the terms my Credit Union gave me. After a test drive at Bommarito, I decided I did want to purchase the vehicle. Jim, the Finance Manager, was fine to deal with until he figured out my Credit Union had the better terms. After that, Jim was VERY difficult. He seemed offended that I wouldn't finance the car twice (once through HIS lender and then have my Credit Union pay off HIS lender). He said he wouldn't release the vehicle to me if he didn't have a check in-hand, and there wasn't any way he would let me leave with the vehicle and have my Credit Union over-night a check. He even refused to help with my taxes, tags, and registration in Tennessee, because if I didn't finance through him, my Credit Union could \figure it out.\ I assumed I would receive MUCH better customer service after driving that far. I would have rated Bommarito as a 5-star experience until Jim got involved. I tried to reach out to Bommarito's Executive Assistant to discuss this matter, but after almost 2 weeks of not hearing back, I decided to post a Google Review. I won't ever buy a car from Bommarito West County again, at least if Jim's involved.

I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bommarito West County. Sales consultant Jamie Sorrentino at made it one one the best and easiest car buying experiences ever. If I ever need another vehicle, I will definitely go back and ask him to help me out.

What an easy and awesome experience today!! Scott Berry was our sales professional that made this the easiest car purchase process we've ever been through. He allowed us space to test drive, discuss and ultimately purchase. The dealership is well set up for Covid, plus the entire staff couldn't have been more friendly and respectful of each customers time and space.
