I work across the street and would love to get coffee here each day however each time I go by, their machines are broken, they are out of all drinks except plain coffee, they can only take cash as their credit card machines are down and they are not even sorry about it. It's been like this for so long and everyone in this area has had the exact same bad experience. We all keep going back hoping things will be better but most times they are worse. Please get new owners at this location so it can get cleaned up and we can all go back to loving this Dunkin Donuts. Thank you.

This is amazing place to have coffee and enjoy delicious donuts. Located at key position with ample parking. Staff was very courteous and fast to service. I will definitely visit again!!
The cashier who took my order was very good. However, it took about 10 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich. The 2 workers who were in the back were talking to each other and eating. After a while one of the employees saw me and asked what I had ordered. Only then did they begin to make my order.
Sometimes their service is really fast and great - but I went today, sat at the mic in the drive through for 5 minutes, nobody saying anything, and was asked \are you ready or are you just going to sit there\, then I got charged for my order twice in the end? And I didn't realize this until I pulled out of the parking lot.
Slow....Went inside because drive thru was long and after 10 minutes was told only drive thru. Need to add more DD in the STL area but this location is beyond terrible. Always slow service here
