I’d give them zero stars. They switched out the wheels and did not remove the tire pressure sensors from the old wheels to put them on the replacement wheels. Common sense or something they should have at least considered to ask the customer about during the process. Manager was extremely rude when confronted about this, completely unwilling to go into detail about what was completed during the service, and claiming he didn’t even know if they did change out the wheels at all. Outrageous. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

CONSUMER ALERT!! BAIT AND SWITCH!! I bought tires from tire rack. NTB in Ellisville were listed as preferred installer. I had the tires shipped to them directly. When I went to get them installed they quoted hourly rate to install tires rather than prices posted on tire rack’s website. I called tire rack who stated that as a preferred installer they should only charge installation cost agreed upon. Tire rack quoted 87 when I bought tires. NTB charged 140. Didn’t want to argue with NTB employees as they were stand-offish. Called tire rack who will refund the difference per their price pledge policy with their preferred installers. I will never use NTB in Ellisville again. Maybe tire rack will take them off as a preferred installer.
