Heads up for this company not just for their honesty but also for their professionalism, punctuality and knowledge. My experience was the following: It was a hassle trying to schedule an appointment with others without dealing with their attitudes early Monday morning. He was quick and thorough A few minutes after my phone call he came down to the house for the inspection and to provide the quote! On top of that, he pointed out a few things that he is recommending. None of the other inspectors prior to him have even made after visiting the house! Definitely hiring them to repair the items and to not to worry about the floating in basement. Thank you

We had an issue and Kent came out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After he did a thorough inspection he advised it was not a foundation issue but rather a flashing problem. He did point out some things to keep an eye on with the foundation which I appreciated. Kent and his team did a very professional basement wall repair at our home and worked us in before our closing date. This company repaired a crack in my foundation - he was able to come out very quickly, while other companies weren't able to come out for weeks. The price was great and the work came with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend them to anyone!
I hired St Louis Foundation Repairs to repair a 4 foot horizontal crack in my basement. Kent started the work, then after discovering that the crack was still wet, advised to wait till it dried out before patching it, as the patch would hold better. He was very patient as I rescheduled several times after spring rains kept the crack from drying out. When it finally did, Kent came and repaired that area plus a hairline crack extending from it that wasn't on my radar (all for the price he originally bid out). When I typically pay for a home repair, I ask a bunch of obnoxious questions, then if that kind of repair is ever needed again, I do it myself. I certainly asked my obnoxious questions (which were patiently answered), but after seeing the work done, I have every intention of simply hiring St Louis Foundation Repairs if I need more foundation repair work. Professional quality work at an affordable price, and easy to schedule out.
