Jerry and the team were outstanding. His guidance and knowledge are exceptional, and he was able to direct us to the right hot tub for our needs. The purchase, installation and quality of the VITA SPA hot tubs was great! We should have done this a long time ago! If you are considering a hot tub, go see them in person, walk around the showroom, and find the right option. You won't be disappointed.

Asked them to do a repair on my hot tub and they said the job would be too tough and it would cost me a ton of money. Said it would then probably break in a few months. Hope you didn’t buy a hot tub from them and want it repaired.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Talked to the guy on the phone and he said that he was getting tubs in a week or two and if I wanted one to come in and claim one right away. Went in the next day, and he said that he wasn't getting any in for at least two months... Took an hour to drive there and hear this bs. I walked out with the cash that I had in my hand for a new tub.
