Had the opportunity to train here twice this past weekend while visiting the in-laws, and wanted to give this place a plug. After getting turned away by the Gracie Barra academy down the street these folks were more than happy to have me come in and train. There is some serious talent under this roof and I had the opportunity to have almost a private lesson with their black belt, Steve. I've already filled a whole page in my notebook with the stuff we went over, hopefully I retain some of it. I will be back!

Although I am new to this gym, I can tell it is a great BJJ school with a diverse wealth of knowledge. Professor Rodrigo is very professional, polite, and a high ranking black belt under the man many would argue to be the greatest BJJ practitioner to ever live (Rickson Gracie). The workouts are physically, mentally, and intellectually stimulating. Beginning BJJ has been one of the best decisions of my life in the last decade. It's not just a martial art, but a metaphor for life that helps you solve everyday problems on and off of the mat.

Rodrigo Vaghi is unparalleled martial arts and training, I always say to people that we are lucky to have such talent in St. Louis. It is great for my 2 boys who are learning a great practical skill but also growing in character. I have enjoyed the adult classes as a beginner as well. Great place for kids and adults alike. Everybody has been very helpful and friendly for the 6months or so I've been there. Top of the line instruction from the best around. The instruction caters to anyone of any size, age, and ability. The head instructor Rodrigo Vaghi is unbelievable with the kids also. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to learn true Gracie Jiu Jitsu.

The best team to train with in town. I have been training for 10 years and it is great for learning true Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is clean, fun and a great place for all ages boys and girls. from the little kid looking to learn self discipline to the older gentleman or woman looking to get in great shape.
