Good tile selection. Service goes from good to worst depending who you run into. A couple of guys provided me with the excellent service, but a lady at the desk was careless and reluctant to help. Availability is unknown. I have ordered a couple of 45cmx90cm tiles. I end up needing another piece due to the design change and called the store to check on availability. I was told they had two available. I went beck to get another piece and it looked different on top and bottom despite their insistence that it had the same part number. They advised that otherwise they need to order it in again. I had to wait a week for the delivery. When I showed up at the store during the pickup time I was told the computer is down and cannot find my item (I didn't know that you need a computer to find a piece of stone in the back of the store). The lady wrote down my number and promised to call. Never happened. The following week I went back to find out they delivered the same item as they had in store that was different then the first two tiles that they sold me. Go here if your construction can wait weeks and you clients can afford to have tiles of different texture and colors (but under the same part number)

This is the second time I have used the tile shop for major renovations and they are always so helpful and so thorough filling in details I would not have thought of otherwise. Chris Hoglan is exceptional in his customer service and his knowledge. Their products are of great quality as well. You just don’t get this kind of service at the big home improvement stores.

Terrible customer service. We walked around for 15 minutes looking for someone to help. Finally found a gentleman who worked there. When I asked him for help he seemed annoyed and then was blatantly rude.
