Known for hidden fees. Be carefully even with a simple savings account they apply dormant fees. Their online banking is very dated and their customer service is mediocre at best, I’d simply invest elsewhere.

Fees Fees Fees! They slip in a new charge for using the checkgaurd everytime! Statement is full of errors all the time. Are you kidding me!? Why do we have it then? Avoid!

Locked out of my account after using same password and username for years. Phone help not helpful. I have to drive 80 miles roundtrip to reset my password. Poor,poor service and no solution. You get what you pay for at this credit union ...customer disservice. Savings account interest rate-0.12%...average loan rate-4.5%...use the difference to pay for customer service.
