Was recently getting bids on new gutters. Was recommended to take a look at West County Roofing. Mike (business owner) came out right away, did a through inspection and worked with me throughout the entire bid process to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. His bid came in below all others I looked at and the work was exceptional. Mike’s crew showed up on time to perform the work looking professional and caring not to damage any of the plants. The crew was in and out in 3 hours and Mike stopped by mid-job to ensure everything was going as planned. There was one area of our roof that also needed ended up needing repair, without hesitation Mike came back out a week or so later and fixed the area up at no additional charge. Top notch crew and great service from Mike. I plan to use this business again on future projects.

My lawn mower damaged a small section of my siding so I called them to see if they could help me. The owner was very responsive and super fair on pricing. The owner came out himself and repaired it within just a day or two of accepting his price. It's so refreshing to see an owner of a company actually do the work and be knowledgeable in doing a repair himself. I have already recommended them to many people!
I was dreading having my roof replaced, the cost, the inconvenience and whether it would be installed completely and correctly. Little did I know it could be so easy, when you choose the right company. I have worked in the retail business sector all my life so I know how important " Customer Service " is. Mike the owner from West County Roofing and Construction provides that from start to finish, Mike's price was comparable to the other bids I received, they offered the style and color that my wife and I were looking for and the crew that installed the roof were very professional. They cleaned up all the scraps, nails and trash and completed the job in a timely manner. I would rate West County Roofing 5 out of 5 and have no trouble recommending Mike and his team to anyone who is looking for a quality job without the hassles. They make you feel like family!
Team showed up punctually in the morning and were able to complete the job in one day. Upon job completion, yard was left spotless. I had no worries letting pets out as all nails, tacks and scraps were completely gone. Well done West County Roofing!
I can’t say enough how great our experience with them was. Part of our roof was damaged. They had a very quick response time. The owner came by to assess the problem, explained fully how best to fix it and came back himself to get the job done. They were honest, reliable, showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. Awesome local company and we absolutely recommend them!

My husband & I shopped around with 3 other roof estimates before we got one from Mike, who beat the other estimates, as well as explained what his plan was with the roof and offered options rather than just saying “here’s your quote take it or leave it”. He explained the pricing breakdown and had no problem educating us on roofing and the industry when we asked. He was responsive from start to finish. Him and his guys worked efficiently with skill and got it done in one day. He ensured all work was done properly and sent us pictures of the progress and showed us any damaged/rotted plywood that needed to be replaced. They cleaned our gutters and reinstalled our gutter guards at no extra cost. They went above and beyond. Give them a call if you need a roof, you won’t be disappointed!
West County Roofing & Construction did a siding replacement for me. I was very pleased with their work & I highly recommend them. Mike Grossman was very professional & not only did the work in a timely manner but took the time to answer my questions. I will definitely use West County Roofing again for our exterior work!
