Nice and friendly. But: They couldn’t fix my issue because it was a European car, and they don’t have the equipment. They didn’t charged me nothing but they turn airbag light on with no comments or fix it. Now, I have 2 issues to fix.

I've only used them once, but it was a great experience. They don't take advantage of their customers like so many other West County repair shops. The last place I used, i won't mention names, had a 400% mark up on parts. This is the exact reason i went to West End Auto. Thanks.
