Lucy Chillson

Dr. O’Brien has been my family’s physician for over ten years. She is INCREDIBLE. She is super thorough and kind and thoughtful. As in any doctors office, you’ll have a wait but if you’re there on time they are pretty prompt. She has diagnosed my family members and myself with diseases as they occur and treated seasonal ailments. A great resource, so good that when I moved to Saint Charles three years ago I STILL drive all the way back to Ellisville for appointments because there just isn’t another doctor for me. Highly recommend.

Office staff is terrible... The first problem is you have to go through their list of who you don't need to talk to and then go on terminal hold...AWFUL!! They can't even get prescriptions sent over. They have been blaming their incompetence on my local pharmacy and the people at the pharmacy have shown me when they ordered prescriptions. I have to check constantly If I didn't like Dr Dorsey so well I would change in a heartbeat DW

Refused to send papers over after requested 4 times, had to go pick it up myself, and then needed to reschedule mammogram. Refused to help husband when he was in a bad situation. Recommend NOT coming here, ever. Will be finding a new physician immediately.

I go to Dr O'Brien and I LOVE it. She is thoughtful, patient and understanding. She listened to me and gave me options when i explained my issues. She was open to trying my ideas and tweaking as necessary. I have been trying to find someone like her for a while. I am so happy with her and her staff. I would recommend her to anyone

Dr. Barbara O'Brien is one of the best doctors I have encountered - Her and her nurse Alison are real honest down to earth people doing all the right things. The problem is the office staff is incompetent. They are constantly messing up my prescriptions, and the other nurses and appointment personnel are rude. If I wasn't so happy with Dr. O'Brien I would go elsewhere.
