Thanks a lot Chillchaser, you may well have saved our Christmas!!! We're a hospitality business in London and like everyone else in our industry have been near enough crippled with corona. We're very fortunate to have an outdoor area, however, at this time of year without sufficient heat its rendered almost useless. Eddie and the team however and despite being up against it themselves literally pulled out ALL THE STOPS in order to get our delivery to us, when all other businesses had failed. I cannot thank the guys and the team enough. I know they're have significant issues themselves with carriers, delays and issues which makes this even more remarkable and appreciated! Great product, the service was excellent and the team couldn't have been more helpful. I have already gained 10 nights additional outdoor enjoyment and I have only had the product 22 days! Great to support a British Company and what's more the product is better than foreign imports.
Good looking, practical products, would recommend.
Bought a few heaters. Owner/sales person, Eddie, promised lots but didn't deliver on his promises. I would not buy from them again. Will update this review if anything changes in future.
