Veteran of many a BBQ restaurant in TX and LA, and this is up there amongst the best. Ribs and rib ends were huge and tasty, the brisket moist, and the 'Fat Boy Bacon Melt' burger was amazing. Their own BBQ sauces and mayo are great too. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Tables currently well spaced for social distancing. Booking ahead/on their app is recommended. All that's missing is the straw on the floor and the accents!

Arrived at 4.30pm tonight without realising you had to book. The chap that greeted us was very friendly and most helpful. Advised us to go back in car and order online, which we did. We were not disappointed, it was delicious. Will definitely be back and will remember to book first

Wow. I'm home after an amazing meal at Meat Monster with a swollen stomach, a heavily strained belt buckle and a grin on my face from ear to ear. The food is outstanding and the place itself is exactly to my liking. No nonsense, no pomp or ceremony, just amazing food served to a background of Bluegrass & Country, and some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across. When the meat slides off the bone as you pick your beautifully smoked rib off the plate, you know you're onto a winner!

Finally got the chance to visit yesterday (despite the lockdown etc) amd collected a takeaway order. They've taken great care with the social distancing going on. Order from the app, give your name, take a seat then collect from the collection point. Easy and well orginised. The food though... Oh my... Stunning melt in the mouth brisket, delicious pulled pork and a rib where the meat just fell off the bone and a wonderful sticky sauce that you have to lick off your fingers afterwards and led to me making some noises in a layby outside Ellon that would raise some eyebrows. I bought a pack of their rib rubbed bacon which i cant wait to get stuck into.
