Wide range of products but, waiting for a prescription takes far to long, thats why i changed to john ross pharmacy

Terrible, all I needed was a tub of red tiger balm which is usually out on the shelves. I asked if they still had and was told yes, but was told, rather too happily I might add by the sales assistant, they could not sell it to me because the pharmacist was on her break! Seriously, its only a balm! Just ordered a batch from amazon coming tomorrow, cheaper and ultra strength, no pharmacist needed! Pretty daft if you ask me.

Very slow, big queues and staff wondering sbout looking for prescriptions for ages. I was in 3 times today as an item hadn't been dispensed yet and had to queue 15 mins each time. Was told on 2nd visit that I was too late due to staff lunch, I queued well before that but by the time I got served it was after 1pm. 3rd time I eventually got my prescription after another 15 min wait and search for my stuff. Going to Ross's as I've had enough of this place!

They don’t bother telling you items missing from prescription! I’ll not be using this pharmacy again for anything!

Poor levels of staffing leading to long queues and delays in getting prescriptions filled. Think I'll move pharmacies.
