Great service! Usually with Brexit and covid there are long delays for goods to reach Ireland ... However I Ordered on saturday received it on Wednesday morning in Dublin! That's super!

Dont bother wasting your time with Toolden I can see why so many customers have only given only 1 star. I placed my order for about 1000 and according to their website all items were in stock but didn't receive notice of a dispatch so phoned them which took ages to get hold of anyone it came to light that the batteries and 1 item was out of stock so paid 120 extra for an upgrade to get my purchase quickly but it came to light it still wasn't dispatched so I asked for a full refund and used tools4trade instead and the service was excellent. I don't normally leave reviews so shame on you toolden

Recently tried ordering some tools via there finance had great contact with the team, until I asked for a breakdown of the cost and prices . Then I didn't hear anything from the finance manager for 5 days, having rang them he was conveniently on the phone and would ring me back. By this point the tools I was after, had sold out and I had to wait 3 months for them to come back in stock or go else where due to poor communication from a manager.

Wow, service was perfect and tools arrived literally within a couple of days. Value for money says it all. I ordered a full Sealey cordless tool set, creeper and multimeter and at the price they offer Sealey tools, I couldn't say no. Easy payment and friendly, very helpful staff. I highly recommend this company.

Bandsaw arrived with missing parts. Duotool did not appear interested in resolving the matter so item returned for a refund. I won't buy from them again
